TURRAMURRA SOLD OUT!
Tickets for the Turramurra Folk Music Camp in Victoria's beautiful Otway Ranges in January 2008 have now officially SOLD OUT! Sorry if you're one of the many unlucky punters who missed out on tickets to the next camp. If you're not allready on the ticketing database, please feel free to contact us with you postal address and we're happy to add you and you'll get a ticket application in September 2008 for the camp in January 2009. Hi. I wish to inform our friends at Turramurra camp of the passing of Arthus Obery on February 16th, after his battle with cancer. Art was my partner for three years and was the most wonderful man. He came to Turra in 2007 and 2008. He was booked in to 2009 but had to cancel at the last minute. Some of you may remember him, particularly Andy, as he really got in to the Kwela music on guitar. He was of Capetown origin. He had the bestest time at Turra and I thank you all for your contribution. We miss him terribly, my kids Shannon and Clancy do too. I hope to see some of you at Canberra this year. I am volunteering. Hoping, in the next year or two, I ll be bringing my grandson Jack to Turra. With Love Louise xx
